Why is it good to have dreams? Because they keep inspiring us and they make us strive for a better self. And for interior lovers like you and I, it makes us strive for a better and more stylish home. That’s why I love to peek on sites that offer beautiful homes for sale. And since Paris is my dream city, A+B Kasha is a site I like to return to for the ultimate pied-à-terre inspiration in the City of Lights.
Let’s return to (day)dreaming: I love to imagine myself in a small, delightfully designed and styled Parisian apartment. One that overlooks the pigeon grey Paris rooftops, one that breathes the eternal artsy atmosphere of the French capital, one that embraces all the joy and lust for life.
Pitched ceilings, beautifully aged beams, wooden floors, tiny balconies and an iconic city view – all adorned with carefully chosen design furniture and stylish accessories to accentuate the apartment’s beauty, what can one wish more for in Paris? That is apart from the necessary budget to afford such a little gem in Paris. And that makes a dream a dream. But not all is in vain. Such a dream serves as an ongoing inspiration for the own home – to make it stylish, better, nicer. No matter where it is, no matter its size or layout.
Looking at these two Paris apartments located in the city center, I feel inspired to constantly reduce the number of displayed accessories, to tone down the colour scheme and to enhance the airiness and urban style of my own home. Do you feel inspired by these two Parisian pied-à-terres? Do you like to daydream of your perfect home? Tell me about it! But for the time being I am moving into this wonderful apartment in the Rue des Grands-Augustins. Mentally of course.

Danke Dir Ines! Einen schönen Mittwoch wünsche ich!
This apartment is amazing, so much light! And the items, some are vintage, some are modern, really nice. I’d love staying for a day or two over there.
These are lovely. I especially like the angles, beams and warm wooden floors in the apartment with the fireplace – makes for such an interesting interior. I hope that one day you get your dream apartment in Paris 🙂
That’s a perfect combination of retro and modern. And, the view is stunning, I can totally imagine myself drinking coffee right there 🙂
