Gathering: A Stylist Dinner In Copenhagen

Sometimes magic happens with simple gatherings. Gatherings with friends, creative people, bloggers, stylists, photographers. This week I was more than honoured to be part of such a Kinfolk style gathering. During my design blog tour in Copenhagen ‘Bloggers Universe’ for the new Design Trade show, I was part of an enchanting dinner party at the home of stylist Nathalie Schwer who worked for Kinfolk magazine among others.

To gather in a beautiful home, to spend a delightful evening with friends, to meet new creative people and savour a grand Nordic dinner made of local produce, is a blessing in itself. Moreover, I was beyond happy that my favorite photographer, the charming Line Thit Klein, was among us and used the opportunity to shoot this marvelous pictures for all of you. There are more shots that I will share with you coming week.

This magic Nordic dinner party was hosted by the home accessories brand Broste Copenhagen. Nathalie styled their latest catalogue and the festive dinner table was equipped with their beautiful products. For the full experience, Broste teamed up with Le Creuset and Simply Chocolate to entirely bedazzle us and our senses.

Food, creative people and beautiful interiors and home accessories – this was a kind of dream dinner to me! Thanks to everyone who made this come true!

Gorgeous shots! Am wondering about the source of that glass display box pictured with the lamp atop it. Any ideas where it’s from??

    • Reply Igor Josifovic 6 October 2013 at 18:19

Hi Annie – sure, those boxes are from ‘Broste Copenhagen’ – google them, you will find their site.
