Ideas For A Happy Weekend

Here it is. The first weekend in March. And the first weekend in spring. The weather has improved and there’s ‘spring in the air’. With more light, warm sun rays and first blossoming, my craving for greens – to be precise – for new plants is growing. I am planning on buying a few new leafy buddies to add a healthy pop of green to my apartment. I love spring days when I can open my windows, let a crisp breeze enter my rooftop home and make the plants rustle. Is there anything better than a deep breath of fresh spring air and a bit of nature in your home? A happy spring weekend, my friends!

Interior plants are such mood boosters! I’d love to fill my groundfloor apartment with these little fellas, If only I weren’t a vicious plant killer..

you are so right! I got a south located balcony on the top floor and can’t wait to start planting so it becomes a green oase of life. sitting there enjoying the sun with a coffee and a good book is something I am so looking forward to!! Happy weekend to you too!

Lovely post, Igor. Even though I’m more the fresh bunch of flower and only a few plants type of person than having plenty of it in my home. But during summer my balcony turns into an oasis with lots of green and lovely smelling blossoms.

Have a nice and hopefully sunny spring weekend in Munich.

Hopefully all that snow is gone by now! I feel spring, for sure! Some of those yellow flowers (not sure of the name) have bloomed in my yard:) Hope you’re having a fun weekend!

i grew up wiith house plants, but along the way lost interest went down the minimalist route, but these photos of fresh green plants might just inspire me again. Have a lovely weekend Toni byw

like toni i grew up in a home filled with house plants. those thick waxy subtropicals that were so ubiquitous in the 1970’s i needed a machete just to get from the the kitchen to living room. come to find out many years later, my mother’s jungle fever had provided us with brilliantly filtered household air.

YES! The house plant brings so much joy. Tobes got me onto them at Uni, he even names his…! Crazy but I love it. Have a lovely time this weekend! 🙂
