The time has finally come: I give in with this high temperatures in Munich and my sardine box apartment! I am off! I need to cool down (yeah right, I am off to Serbia where forecasts predict 40 degrees C), unwind a bit, go offline, and refuel my batteries for a busy period ahead. I am leaving you with these holiday images of a summer house in Portugal while I am heading off to visit my family in Serbia. Aunties, uncles, cousins, friends – all will be duly visited and I will attend my cousin’s wedding too. So lots of fun, laughter, family chats and heaps of food and drinks are ahead of me.
I will see you back here from August 19th onwards and continue our mutual quest for happy interiors! Up to then I am wishing you a fabulous summer time wherever you are and whatever you are up to! Big, no huuuuge hugs to all of you!!!

This is a great article, I have always wanted to go to Portugal for vacation but it is hard taking my whole family there. We usually try different destinations in the U.S. This year we decided to do a Cape Cod Summer Rental because of all the beaches and natural preserves to visit. They also have a lot of historical buildings which my sons got a kick out off. We also like to eat, and this area has some of the best fresh seafood due to its location so close to the Atlantic.
