The day when I added the Lison armchair to my home, one famous book title came to my mind: L’insoutenable légèreté de l’être – ‘The Unbearable Lightness of Being’. This might be far flung, but this incredibly beautiful and airily light chair made me simply think of this book that I read many years ago. And the French title came to my mind for a good reason: the Lison armchair is part of the brand new Lison collection by two French manufacturers – Lafuma Mobilier and bleu de chauffe.
Lafuma Mobilier is a famous French outdoor furniture manufacturer while French bleu de chauffe is known for its high quality leather products. Both collaborated and created the wonderful and sleek Lison collection that blurs the line between outdoor and indoor furniture. The Lison armchair looks perfectly stylish and light in a room as well as on a balcony or in the garden.
The light steel pipe in mat white is foldable and features soft, tanned leather that looks and feels just wonderful. I like how soft and light it looks, yet it is comfortable and practical – especially if you don’t have enough space. Just fold it up and store it away – it is easily ready for whenever it is needed.
The Lison collection is a limited capsule collection and features the armchair, a regular chair and a stool with soft tanned leather – you can find the entire collection HERE.
This blog post has been brought to you in collaboration with Lafuma Mobilier. As always all opinions and photos are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands who support this blog!

Love the lightness of the chair. It makes me think that this would be the perfect chair to take with you on the go because of airy lightness. I always recommend my clients furniture options that are easy to move and also comfortable.
